Recreational Classes
This level is designed for the dancer to learn and grow in a social setting, where education and fun are the focus. All recreational dancers will be taught the foundation of their chosen genre and have the opportunity to showcase all their talents in our annual spring recital. Classes include intro to dance, creative combo, ballet/tap, tap/jazz, classical ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical.
Company Classes
Company is meant for the dancer who has cultivated a love for the art and is looking to further their talents in a more disciplined and structured environment, where technique is the core foundation taught. Company dancers must take ballet, jazz and workshop on Saturdays (dependent on level) which focus heavily on technique. Classes include ballet (mandatory), tap, jazz, lyrical, and pointe. Company classes are invited to perform in The Holiday Pageant, Nutcracker, special events and in multiple recitals. Levels range from our Senior and highest level, to our youngest and newest members in Mini Company.
Competition
For the dedicated dancer ready for a challenge, our competition team is reserved for the elite student, many coming from the company level, striving to advance their talents at an advanced pace with a greater commitment above any other activity. Dancers must audition to be properly placed on the NSD competition team within a group that best matches their technical and performance ability. NSD competes at multiple regional competitions and at one national competition per season.

For dancers seeking personalized guidance and accelerated progress, our private lessons offer one-on-one training tailored to your goals. Whether you’re working on a specific technique, preparing for auditions, or wanting extra practice, our instructors are here to help you shine. Private lessons are available for all ages and skill levels.
