Marissa Rignola serves as the Competition Director at North Shore Dance, bringing a wealth of experience and lifelong passion for dance to the studio. A lifelong competitive dancer, Marissa continued to refine her craft after high school by completing the prestigious Professional Semester at Broadway Dance Center in New York City. Her performance credits include the New York Knicks halftime show and the New York Jets Flight Crew, showcasing her versatility and professionalism.

As a nationally recognized lead judge and traveling choreographer, Marissa has received multiple “Choreography of the Year” awards. Her innovative routines have led dancers to achieve national championship titles, reflecting her dedication to excellence and artistic vision. Marissa is deeply committed to coaching and mentoring the younger generation, fostering their growth as both dancers and individuals. She strives to inspire and challenge every dancer to reach their fullest potential, both on and off the stage.
