At three years old, Marisa took her first ballet class and thus began a lifelong love of the arts, performance and dance. She is trained in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical and hip hop. As a child Marisa danced competitively for ten years. She also has experience in broadcast media, having appeared in national television commercials, print ads and a five year run on a children’s show.

Marisa is so proud to be North Shore Dance’s Company Director. She sees the position as a beautiful opportunity to help grow today’s youth into not just talented dancers and performers but as quality and compassionate human beings. Her love of children and dance education is the driving force behind her work.
